Amanda’s Bachelorette Bash
This past weekend, lots of lovely ladies drove down to Amy’s family ranch just outside Mason, TX for Amanda Morris’ bachelorette party. We met in Mason, which was really hoppin’ for its sesquicentennial anniversary, to eat lunch before driving out to the ranch. I forgot what the Texas Hill Country was like, and it made me long for those days spent at Camp Longhorn! [attawaytogo!]
We played games, had drinks & good food, made a scrapbook, and took part in an awesome relay that used ATVs. Even though there was like only 2% of the obstacle course that involved physically moving/hopping, I managed to get winded. [Not physically fit, this one.] Also, hula hooping? Harder than I remembered, and also left me little breathless.
There’s, of course, more where that picture came from… Head over to my Flickr to see the whole set. [I'm not gonna lie, I'm a little bit OCD, and it kinda killed me to post this event before I had gotten around to the other events I listed a few days ago. In case you were worried, I'm dealing. Thanks.]
Thanks, Amanda [and hostesses]!! It was a great weekend, and I had so much fun!
