Musical Journey
July 24, 2008
Time for some musical recommendations, or at least, time for me to share what’s been playing pretty regularly on my iPod and iTunes. Here are the artists and two of my favorite songs for each:
- Brooke Fraser: Shadowfeet and Hymn
- Indelible Grace IV: Lift Up Thy Bleeding Hand and To Christ the Lord
- Indelible Grace V: Abide With Me and Give Reviving
- Brandon Heath: Let’s Make It Last and Beauty Divine
- William Fitzsimmons: Passion Play and Funeral Dress
Most of these artists are available to preview on iTunes [except the Indelible Grace cds, but you can hear their music here], and I highly recommend you give them a listen.

we have played ‘give reviving’ over and over and over again! it has a very nice rhythm that i dance to with kate. favorite lines: “wake thy slumbering children, wake them. bid them to thy harvest go.” and “give reviving, give refreshing, give the looked for jubilee. to thyself may crowds be pressing, bringing glory unto thee!”
